Since 1974, McAdams' Ltd. has stood as one of Columbia, MO’s favorite gift and home decor stores. We originally opened our doors on South Providence and Broadway, where we became easily recognizable for our exterior white columns and white-washed brick. Perhaps the most notable and recognizable feature of the original building was the green stained-glass doors. Beautiful and iconic, these doors have told a story for five decades. When you enter through them, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly McAdams' staff who can help you find the perfect gift for your friends and family, or a special item for yourself. Founder Phillip McAdams opened the store with the goal of serving Columbia with the best gifts, jewelry, and home goods, and that tradition continues with Rebecca Fahrendorf and daughter Charlie Graznak.

When Phillip owned the store, Rebecca worked there, learning the tools of the trade and building relationships with customers. When it came time for Phillip to hand over the reins, Rebecca took ownership of the store. Since then, her daughter Charlie has joined and now the two work as a team to carry on the tradition of excellence set by Phillip McAdams in 1974.

With our relocation in 2014 we have proudly continued to offer you one-on-one customer service, expertise, premier product lines, and most importantly - friendship! When you step foot in McAdams you are swept into a shopping experience you won't find everywhere else you go.
